Power Up / Reset Sequence

Does the NRESET pin need to be in any particular state at power up? On my board it will float for awhile until the software comes and drives it low (to activate reset) and then drive it high to release from reset and for configuration/functioning to begin.

According to the ILI9326 spec I don't believe it does because it makes no mention of it, just that the input should be low to reset as you've mentioned above.
