Problem with the LCD 64128M (Displaytech) with the controller ST7565R (Sitronix)

Hi,

I am having some problems using this LCD and the controller with a PIC24FJ256GA110. I am trying to do a SPI connexion and making the LCD to display all points. For instance I know that the signals are sent (I have verify it with an oscilloscope) but the LDC does nothing...I think that the problem has something to do with the power supply to the LCD's leds since I have noticed that the V0 change from 4V to 6V instead of from 3v to 13V ( changing the Ra/Rb parameters with the "V0 voltage regulator internal resistor ratio set" instruction of the controller)

I don't know where can be the problem and if it's something I have programmed badly or something to deal with the circuit.. So I would like to know if someone has had a similar problem or knows what can be happened..
