Some doubts on S240320FP

Hi, I've recently bought some S240320FP and now i'm trying to use them with a 3V Freescale MCU. I have some questions about it:
- Can I use a 3V supply for logic(VDD)? I assumed it is possible because NT7701 & 7702 can work with this voltage level, but in the specifications of the module it says 4.75 to 5.25
- In the product Specifications of this LCD module, there is no information on the timing of the control and data signals. May I assume that they are similar to those that appears in the S240320DL series datasheet, for instance?
- I don't understand the use of the 'M' signal, connected to the FR pin of the NT7701, NT7702 controllers. Should it toggle each time the screen is redrawn?
