SDT022ATFT-8 bit mode connections

I was told to write to this forum with my technical questions. I am planning to interface a microcontroller with the SDT022ATFT in 8-bit mode. The datasheet describes two different modes for 8-bit interface, the only difference I can tell is that mode 1 uses DB pins 0-7, whereas mode 2 uses DB10-17. Is there any documentation that explains the different modes? Could you check my schematic to verify I've hooked it up correctly?

Sorry for not being to get back earlier on your post. If you are only using 8080 8 bit mode I, yes, your connection will do. Please pay attention to page 28 of the ILI9340 datasheet as the intended functions are now edge sensitive on some of the control lines, not level sensitive.
The only comment is to tie SDI low or high if possible as a good practice but it should not pose a problem as is.
