display refresh timing for S128240C FC BW-3.

Dear sir/madam
 I have doubt with S128240C FC BW-3 display timing, the data sheet provided the timing for the lcd read and write cycles: that is near to 500ns,
I need to know,

• How much time it is required for full lcd writing i.e all 128X240.
• What is time required for one lcd pixel writing
• Time required for one full line and one full column writing

Please provide me the details for the above
